Fundraising for the BSWC

 

Thank you for wanting to fundraise for us, with us.  We developed a program for you to do just that.  Please read our protocols and fill out the form if you are interested in sharing proceeds or doing a fundraiser specifically for us.  We have experienced in the past, people saying they want to fundraise for us, used our name and information and then we at times don’t see any donations come through from said event, organization or person. Hence, our protocols and process.  We appreciate your understanding and participation. 

Once you fill out the form, our team will review it and approve your application or not.  We will notify you either way.  We will also have you sign an agreement and we will share your information on our site as a stamp of approval from the BSWC.

Click here to access the form. Once the form is filled out, we will review it within 5 business days of receving it.
Review Process
The BSWC team will decide whether or not to endorse your fundraiser. Please allow at least two weeks before your fundraiser is meant to go live to allow our team to review and decide. 
Brand Sharing
The BSWC team will send you appropriate logos to use.  We ask that you only use the logos we send you to represent our organization.
Sign the Agreement
A representative from your organization signs the BSWC Fundraising Agreement.
Fund Sharing
Funds raised for the BSWC will be sent to the appropriate channel. Information will be given upon approval.
